These Terms and Conditions set out of the rules for using the online service available at https://filamentpoint.com, including in particular:
The owner of the service and the seller is GOTOMA spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, with its registered office at ul. Nawojowska 38a, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland, NIP: 7343589668, entered in the relevant register of entrepreneurs. The Filament Point online store constitutes part of the business activity of GOTOMA sp. z o.o. and is operated within the same legal entity.
The Terms and Conditions are made available to the Customer free of charge prior to the conclusion of the contract, in a manner that enables their acquisition, reproduction and storage.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

The Seller makes every reasonable effort to ensure the continuous operation of the Store but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT). Delivery costs are added to the Product price and are communicated to the Customer before the order is placed. Available payment methods include in particular:

Electronic payments are processed by external payment service providers, including PayTel and Autopay S.A.
If the Customer chooses electronic payment or payment by card, the order processing time shall be calculated from the moment of receiving a positive payment authorisation.
Order processing is subject to successful payment.
The Consumer and the Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days, without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in the section.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision by submitting a clear statement (e.g. electronically or in writing). Tomeet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of effective withdrawal from the contract, the contract shall be deemed not concluded, and the Seller shall remburse all payments received from the Customer, including the costs of delivering the Goods to the Customer, no later then 14 days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal statement. The reimbursment shall be made using the same means of payment as used by the Customer, unless the Customer has expressly agreed to a different method that does not incur any additional costs.
The Seller may withold reimbursement until:
The Customer shall return the Goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days from the day on which they withdrew from the contract. The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Goods to the address: Filament Point, ul. Nawojowska 38a, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland.
The Customer is liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from use other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to an Entrepreneur who is not an Entrepreneur with Consumer Rights, unless the Seller decides otherwise in individual arrangements.
The Seller is liable for the non-conformity of the Goods with the contract in accordance with applicable law. Complaints may be submitted electronically or in writing. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days.
In the event that a complaint is accepted and a defect in the Goods is confirmed, the Customer shall be required to return the complained Goods to the following address: Filament Point, ul. Nawojowska 38a, 33-300 Nowy Sącz, Poland.
The refund shall be made no later than 14 days from the date on which the complaint is positively resolved, using the same method of payment as used by the Customer for the purchase, unless the Customer expressly agrees to a different method of refund that does not involve any additional costs.

Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed information is provided in the Privacy Policy, which constitutes an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Seller may amend these Terms and Conditions for important legal or organisational reasons. Amendments shall not affect orders placed prior to their entry into force.
In matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply. A Customer who is a Consumer may use out‑of‑court dispute resolution methods. These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their publication in the Service.
